Tess has a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has professional experience as an early childhood behavior therapist supporting children ages 3–7 with a variety of learning differences, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. Tess also worked in the pediatric unit at Boston Medical Center, collaborating with pediatric life specialists to support children ages 2–18 from diverse backgrounds who were experiencing crises.

With a passion for helping children build skills and confidence, Tess integrates client-centered therapy, trauma informed care, and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with play therapy techniques, to meet the unique needs of each client. She is dedicated to fostering resilience, emotional growth, and overall well-being in the children and families she serves.

Tess works with children ages 3 and up, as well as teens and young adults. She also works with parents to provide support for their children and selves during challenging times.
