What Is Included?
Our ADHD Diagnostic Assessment and Evaluation includes:
- Comprehensive clinical interview
- Review of developmental, educational, occupational, and mental health history
- Standardized ADHD rating scales
- Parent, teacher, partner, or other collateral input when appropriate
- Review of relevant records
- Diagnostic evaluation using DSM-5 criteria from a licensed mental health counselor or licensed independent clinical social worker
- Personalized feedback session and recommendations
At the end of the process, you'll receive a clear explanation of the findings, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations for next steps.

A comprehensive written report may be requested for personal records, treatment providers, medication prescribers, or educational purposes.
Please note that the assessment fees are separate from any insurance-billed clinical interview sessions.

This service is a clinical ADHD diagnostic assessment and is not a neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluation. While assessment results may help support treatment planning and accommodation requests, some schools, colleges, testing agencies, employers, and other organizations may require additional documentation or more comprehensive evaluations.
