These are just a few examples of what people living with high sensitivity experience. Having high sensitivity can be a gift, but it can also create various challenges as our society is not created to support the needs of those with high sensitivity. Too often people with high sensitivity feel alone and judged, living life from a belief that there is something wrong with them. Hadley is passionate about providing a space where highly sensitive people (HSP) can feel seen, heard and understood, perhaps for the first time in their life. She offers the chance for HSP to learn more about their own high sensitivity, explore the gifts and challenges associated with the trait, and provide support around ways to manage a sensitive nervous system.
