Ruby brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her clinical work, having supported individuals and families as a certified nurse midwife and sexual assault nurse examiner. Throughout these roles, she has been deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care during some of life’s most significant and vulnerable moments.

Ruby’s therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and multicultural perspectives. She believes clients are the experts on their own experiences and works collaboratively to help them understand patterns, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.

Ruby is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Boston's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program with a Master's degree. She works mainly with adults doing individual sessions as well as couples/marriage counseling.
