I bring a collaborative, person-centered, holistic approach to empower clients in finding solutions and make changes to improve their lives. I work with my clients to create realistic treatment goals and have an extensive knowledge in local community resources to support clients' further growth outside of the therapy space.

I specialize in CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Jungian psychology and solution-based approaches to help people navigate difficult transitions and major life changes. I am starting to dabble in Expressive Art Therapies.

I have a passion for working with adolescents, parents, and the LGBQTAI+ community. I also have lived experience as a parent of children with complex medical needs living on the autism spectrum. I have worked in public schools, led in-home therapy teams, and supported clients in residential, community-based settings, and in private practice. I possess a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
