I am a Latina therapist trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed), who works with adolescents and adults in-person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts. I practice through a social justice, trauma-informed, and liberation health lens. I aim to create a therapeutic space that centers and uplifts the needs of people with marginalized identities and bodies, such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals.
My focus involves working with individuals and couples with trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. My current practice is informed by my prior experiences working with children, families, and adults in community mental health and group practice settings.
A session with me will feel both supportive and challenging. I will encourage you to embrace discomfort in order to get to the root of the issue. From there, we will work as a team to identify, process, and heal the internal and external oppression you may be facing. I look forward to being a part of your therapy journey.
