Are you seeking more peace and joy in your life? Feeling stuck and wanting change? Dealing with grief or seeking better connections with loved ones? As your counselor, I'm here to help you rediscover yourself, regain confidence, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve independence. As your counselor, I approach counseling from a holistic perspective, focusing on what makes you wonderfully you, discovering more about your meaning and purpose in life, and prioritizing your hopes and aspirations for well-being. I foster a warm, nurturing, and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to share their stories, process, and transform. Through practice, I work with my clients to create goals and collaboratively aid them in the process. As an emotionally focused, humanistic, and existential counselor, my practice includes but is not limited to Theraplay, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT. I walk with my clients exploring mindfulness, emotion regulation, thought processes, effective communication, and tailoring skills to create a unique toolkit for each client. My educational background includes Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling.
