Our growing practice in Canton, MA is looking to hire independently licensed clinicians for outpatient work with children, adults, families, and couples. Flexible hours and a great working environment. A New Approach provides evidence based and innovative mental health and behavioral services to the surrounding community. We aim to set ourselves apart from treatment as usual by thinking outside the box, being flexible, working closely with collaterals, and staying current with treatment interventions and research in the field. REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher level in mental health counseling or related fields
- Licensure level: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Yearly completion of licensure required trainings and CEUs, which A New Approach is willing to cover some (negotiable)
- Willingness and desire to grow and expand as a clinician
- Willing to work at least 8-10 hours per week or more (weekdays AM/PM and weekends AM/PM available
- Must be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community
