I am a Latina therapist certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), who works with adolescents and adults in-person and via telehealth in the state of Massachusetts. I practice through a social justice, trauma-informed, and liberation health lens. I aim to create a therapeutic space that centers and uplifts the needs of people with marginalized identities and bodies, such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals.

My focus involves working with individuals with complex trauma (PTSD, BPD), depression, anxiety, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD) and co-occurring disorders. My current practice is informed by my prior experiences working with children, families, and adults in community mental health and group practice settings.

A session with me will feel both supportive and challenging. I will encourage you to embrace discomfort in order to get to the root of the issue. From there, we will work as a team to identify, process, and heal the internal and external oppression you may be facing. I contribute the clinical expertise, and you contribute your own insight and experience.

I am a double Boston University grad with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Social Work.
