Maggie uses a holistic and eclectic approach to help clients improve mind and body wellness and to explore areas of change, strength, and growth. She has experience working with youth, families, and adults of all ages. She has worked in an outpatient setting and in crisis intervention. Throughout Maggie’s career, she has had the privilege to work with individuals seeking treatment for a multitude of reasons by offering support and intervention. Maggie aims to support her clients in reaching their therapeutic goals by drawing from their strengths, courage, and openness to change. She utilizes aspects of many therapeutic approaches including solution-focused counseling, dialectal behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and crisis counseling. Maggie earned her Master’s Degree at Boston College and obtained her independent license as a Mental Health Counselor.
